So far, they have been as advertised, a lot more efficient than if I had done it myself. I have not seen any results, as it has only been a couple days since the claim was filed.

The company takes 20% of your settlement. With that said, the process was quick. They verified documents and asked for clarification if needed. Also recently made a mistake and had payment sent via ACH. All payments made must be thru wire transfer. They were able to quickly resolve the issue for me.

Great to work with, they are responsive and provide regular communications.
