11th.comReviews of 11thestate.com

The tech is poor. Syncs stop, and automation is limited. Support is sporadic at best. Once you're informed of a claim based on your trade history, you still need to provide a bunch of trade history. They overpromise and underdeliver. My experience so far is that they take a cut for doing not much, and you lose control of the process, so if they drop the ball, you're SOL.

I had decided to try them out for a recent class action. I guess I can just say it, I was long on Redwire (rdw) and still am and they botched one of their ER numbers reports many years ago. The process was simple sent on my statements and holdings of my shares, the case closed quite a while ago and payments were sent. Had kinda given up on it and hadnt heard anything. It took quite some time but I did receive exactly what I was suppose to so I was pleasantly surprised. If they approve your holdings on a stock id wager you'll get it, it will just take longer than you would expect. Id use them again if i need to, hoping I dont need to though

I would like to update my previous review of 11thestate. Do not use this company. I had lost alot with ACB and kept a close watch on the settlement. Payments were sent out on June 25, 2026. Kept checking for my funds and checked with 11thestate who reassured me they had successfully submitted the claim. I contacted the settlement administrator to find out they search by address but they were unable to find my info in their database. They asked for the claim number but I only had the confirmation from 11thestate that the claim had been submitted, I've tried to contact 11thestate but their has been no response for weeks. I totally regret using this company and advise anyone considering their services to submit the claim yourself. You would have a much better chance of recovering what's due to you.

I had multiple accounts and had some difficulties uploading the documents. Tomas was very helpful guiding me to complete the uploads and letting me know what and how to proceed.

So far, they have been as advertised, a lot more efficient than if I had done it myself. I have not seen any results, as it has only been a couple days since the claim was filed.

🇳🇱 The communication has been quick and to the point. Filing this claim from the Netherlands asked for some extra instructions, which were clearly given. Hoping that the claim administrator is equally efficient.

Not a serious company. They missed the deadline and told you it is too late for funds. I can't recommend

The information collecting and verifying have been great. They are doing a thorough job and provided helpful instructions in a timely fashion. Hopefully the rest of the process goes as fast. Though it's out of their hands.
