10XBNB was officially founded in March 2022, but our story started long before that. Our founders, best friends Ari Rahmanian and Shaun Ghavami, met while attending University of British Columbia. Shaun went on to work in the banking sector while Ari pursued medicine… only to both find themselves completely unfulfilled and lost in the corporate system. They knew if they did nothing and followed the same path as everyone around them, they’d be spending 40-60 hours a week in an office cubicle, shackled to one location in the world and working hard to make someone else rich and happy. Then in 2017, Shaun was introduced to Airbnb by a coworker. He was skeptical, but after investigating things further he realized the opportunity was too big to pass up. So Shaun spent any free time he had to educate himself on everything Airbnb. Especially, how to get started in Airbnb without owning any property. After making a lot of mistakes along the way, Shaun pioneered business systems that allowed him to make a living from other people's properties. By providing a valuable service to landlords. He recruited Ari to help him grow the business, and they now have 24 properties. Shaun and Ari have climbed the Airbnb Everest and operate within the top 0.1% of all Airbnb practitioners.Friends kept asking them how they were living with so much time-freedom, so they told them what they were doing and began sharing their system. 10XBNB sprang out of the groundswell of demand for Shaun & Ari to share their method with a wider audience. So that all across North America, total beginners could start their own Airbnb business, even if they don't own any property whatsoever.JOIN 10XBNB!

This program really teaches you everything you need to know about the short-term rental industry. From managing someone else’s Air bnb, to having your own one day. Shaun and Ari really know what they are doing and are extremely helpful along the way. Their experience makes me completely trust that I will be successful in this industry.

We really appreciate the kind words, Lauren! :)
My experience has been great. I was already a host on airbnb and did very well. To be honest, I truly believe our sucess came from dumb luck. I have been taking this class and it gets into the specifics of what needs to be done. The small things. It teaches in great detail. For the first time in the 4 plus years of being hosts on airbnb, we have been slow. Almost no bookings. I started making changes to our listings begining with photos. We began to get some movement. We even had a guest that checked in yesterday that said that he booked specifically because of our photos, All of which are new.

So happy to hear that we could provide value to an already seasoned host such as yourself, Kartel!
If you want to build a business online then I'd suggest joining the 10XBNB course. The training that is been put out by these two guys is the best by far... I have enjoyed listening to them in the live video teachings. Everything they teach really works!! I have build a business in no time following along step by step... I do believe they want their students to be successful. I know if I keep following along and put in the work I can be successful at it too.

Thank you for the kind words, Samantha. Here's to helping you achieve financial freedom :)
The 10XBnB program is an in depth comprehensive course that teaches students from the ground up how to start their own STR management co. Ari and Shaun both teach the online course themselves. Not only do they share their 10XBnB Journey in detail, they then go on to show you step by step how to scale up your own business. Just some of the things that make it great , are... The availability of expert coaches to guide you along the way,the proprietary tools made available through the course, and a community of over 500 like minded business owners and students available to network with. But what really makes it great are the people. The expertise teaching. A special thanks to Ari , Shaun, and Julio! Very professional , friendly, and courteous staff! Love you guys

Thank you, Kevin! It's a pleasure helping you achieve massive success in your Airbnb journey. Welcome to the community.
Just had my first Diamond student zoom call. It was very productive and informative. My teacher focused on what my goals were and directed the call in that direction. I was impressed not only with his knowledge of the business but with his honest desire to see me succeed. Very excited about the beginning of my new journey. Looking forward to working with the other team members and interacting with my fellow students. DF

Awesome experience with the live training and the quality of the content. Shaun and Ari are very generous with their time in answering all our questions and providing feedback. The response time in the group is just as impressive. My highest recommendation.

One of the moderators, 😊Shaun is results driven. He really wants us to succeed. We role play what we learn and then tells us to go and do out there in the field what we just learned. 😊He’s an excellent listener and is very respectful of the people in the group. The group engages and encourages each other, with useful information as well. Lots of sharing.🤗 It’s the best group I’ve ever been in. Results are coming! So lit up!🔥
