10XBNBReviews of 10xbnb.com

Using the strategies from 10XBNB's own founders Shaun and Ari's personal advice, as well as the step-by-step instructions from 10XBNB's courses, I am glad to share that I have successfully secured my first deal as a Property Manager. Very excited to advance to the next phase of the course and start managing bookings and rentals.

The education resources and community support provided in the program, is like getting your PHD in the airbnb industry. At a fraction of the cost. While setting you up for success. The rest is up to you.

So far it has been a great experience. I am new but I am learning. I know it will take time, and 10xbnb prepares you for that. Knowledge is power and so believe in that mantra and hope to succeed in this.

Ari and Shaun are brilliant! I’ve never been so motivated to get my business going. They have insight that is unmatched and give ideas that give you those “ah hah”moments. I’m so grateful to be learning from them.

I’m here to give you a honest deep dive review of 10XB&B. But first a little about me. I’m a Process & Systems Integration Architect at a fortune 50 aerospace company. I also own several successful Airbnb’s and are a super host. I first heard about 10XBNB on YouTube. Their program promised to 10X my short term rental game as well as show a series of different strategies that could create an amazing amount of passive income, even with limited funds to get started. All of this of course intrigued me so I decided to lean in and see what it was all about. Their program seemed pretty logical and comprehensive, but I wanted to see if it could really hunt and deliver on all of the promises! I’ve been in it two months now and ’m here to tell you emphatically yes it can! First and foremost the program itself is comprehensive and strategic yet very user-friendly and logical. Additionally, there are three very diverse opportunities to pursue inside of the program. One for entry-level folks just getting into the short term rental game with very little experience and very little upfront funds, There are also additional opportunities for folks that have more experience (like myself ) who would like to accelerate their existing short term rental business and 10X their income revenue stream. I really loved the idea that anyone could get in at any level of experience and succeed. I’m currently in the process of sharing the program with my niece and nephew. They’re in their 20s and would like to get into the Airbnb business but don’t have the funds to get started. This program could be a game changer for them! Additionally, I also loved the fact that the founders are so “hands-on” and attentive to their customers. We have weekly Townhall meetings (live on zoom). The founders and their team make a point to answer questions, share their knowledge and lessons learned. They are all very passionate about the program and want to ensure that the group is making progress, applying the education, taking action and having positive experiences using the program and building up their business. Another part of the program that I really enjoy is the internal community support that they are building with the customer base. We all share our experiences with each other, encouraging and congratulating each other on our successes and sharing knowledge based on our experiences it’s very powerful!! All in all, I think this is a very strong program! I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in the real estate game through Airbnb‘s, property management and/or acquiring rental properties! I know this will be an absolute game changer for my Airbnb business and huge boost to my revenue stream!

I learned a lot from Shaun and Ari, the course they taught is perfect for any level of skill, the course teach you the fundamentals and the road plan for short term rental business and they walk with you step by step from establishing the business then market search then regulations, etc. All the steps provided with data guidance and not random numbers. The course length is about 28 hours of video explaining the whole route from A to Z with very useful sources. This is what I was looking since long time after using many courses. I definitely recommend it for beginners who want start strong , confident and scale by time and efforts.

Very good quality training. Love the support I receive through out my time learning the materials. It is by far better than the training I have ever received for this kind of business. I am pleased and look forward to launching my business within the next month. I like that we have 3 different ways we can get started and do our business. There is practically an option for everyone to start this business.

I’ve certainly had a good experience thus far! I would rate it a 5, purely because I don’t have anything bad to say, even a small bad thing. Really appreciate the community, literature and concepts.
