10XBNB was officially founded in March 2022, but our story started long before that. Our founders, best friends Ari Rahmanian and Shaun Ghavami, met while attending University of British Columbia. Shaun went on to work in the banking sector while Ari pursued medicine… only to both find themselves completely unfulfilled and lost in the corporate system.They knew if they did nothing and followed the same path as everyone around them, they’d be spending 40-60 hours a week in an office cubicle, shackled to one location in the world and working hard to make someone else rich and happy. Then in 2017, Shaun was introduced to Airbnb by a coworker. He was skeptical, but after investigating things further he realized the opportunity was too big to pass up. So Shaun spent any free time he had to educate himself on everything Airbnb. Especially, how to get started in Airbnb without owning any property.After making a lot of mistakes along the way, Shaun pioneered business systems that allowed him to make a living from other people's properties. By providing a valuable service to landlords. He recruited Ari to help him grow the business, and they now have 24 properties. Shaun and Ari have climbed the Airbnb Everest and operate within the top 0.1% of all Airbnb practitioners.Friends kept asking them how they were living with so much time-freedom, so they told them what they were doing and began sharing their system. 10XBNB sprang out of the groundswell of demand for Shaun & Ari to share their method with a wider audience. Just had my onboarding call with Rob Keller and he was AWESOME! He answered ALL of the questions I threw at him with flying colors and provided much more content than I even imagined. If you are ready to take action and create your own business, this course can be your step-by-step guide to making it happen! Everything is systematic. You can literally watch instructional videos and follow along - building your business as you go. No, it's not cheap. And it's not "easy"... you actually have to do some work! ;-) But the level of support is top quality, and there is real opportunity. I landed my first deals after only a few months of learning and doing.

Great program all around. I love the fact that the founders are so hands on with the students. most complete program I have seen. the content is very simple to follow. I was able to find and land my first deal 2 days after prospecting. using the tools from the program I was able to land 4 deals in 2 weeks! they are all bed flipping deals. 3 are live. the 4th one is being worked on. I am doing a good job with those listings I am now receiving referrals. friends and family of the clients I have are reaching out to do the same for their properties. looking at one of them February 1st. I am gaining so much experience and making a profit already without owning any of the properties I work on. I moved to the Dominican Republic to do this here. the results happened faster than i thought it would but I did follow the steps how it was taught before launching the listings1. my plans are to acquire more bed flipping deals here and eventually expand in the US and buy properties in the future.
