10XBNB was officially founded in March 2022, but our story started long before that. Our founders, best friends Ari Rahmanian and Shaun Ghavami, met while attending University of British Columbia. Shaun went on to work in the banking sector while Ari pursued medicine… only to both find themselves completely unfulfilled and lost in the corporate system. They knew if they did nothing and followed the same path as everyone around them, they’d be spending 40-60 hours a week in an office cubicle, shackled to one location in the world and working hard to make someone else rich and happy. Then in 2017, Shaun was introduced to Airbnb by a coworker. He was skeptical, but after investigating things further he realized the opportunity was too big to pass up. So Shaun spent any free time he had to educate himself on everything Airbnb. Especially, how to get started in Airbnb without owning any property. After making a lot of mistakes along the way, Shaun pioneered business systems that allowed him to make a living from other people's properties. By providing a valuable service to landlords. He recruited Ari to help him grow the business, and they now have 24 properties. Shaun and Ari have climbed the Airbnb Everest and operate within the top 0.1% of all Airbnb practitioners.Friends kept asking them how they were living with so much time-freedom, so they told them what they were doing and began sharing their system. 10XBNB sprang out of the groundswell of demand for Shaun & Ari to share their method with a wider audience. So that all across North America, total beginners could start their own Airbnb business, even if they don't own any property whatsoever.JOIN 10XBNB!

Appreciate the kind words, Justin! Welcome to the 10XBNB family.
I've been a student of 10XBNB for the past 8 months, and throughout my journey, I've had some ups and downs. What stands out the most is their exceptional customer service. Whenever I had an issue or question, Riza was always available, extremely courteous, and quick to respond. Her dedication to ensuring my satisfaction is apparent, and it makes dealing with problems much less stressful. The team at 10XBNB values their customers, and their efforts to maintain good communication have not gone unnoticed. Thanks guys!

Emmanuel, thank you for the kind words and glad you're finding value in what is being taught and coached to you!
I had my strategy call with Rob this morning and it was exactly the conversation I needed to have. I live in New York and while going through the course I realized how difficult this journey was going to be for me, it was actually very discouraging. Rob worked with me and showed me exactly what I could and should do and it was a game changer. I needed to think outside the box and that's what he helped me do. I now have a different mindset and strategy than what I initially started with and I feel like I'm on the right path thanks to Rob!

Thank you, Kevin! Let's get after it :)
Rob Keller was outstanding as he helped us to come up with ideas for a complex deal we were trying to land. He was able to think out of the box with so many creative ways to structure the deal, it was SO helpful. We took a lot of notes! Now we feel much better prepared to go after other complex deals. Thanks Rob! You rock.
