The support was very detailed and the agent - Jemima K was very patient with my issues and solved them very amicably.

Had to transfer an email account to Google Workspace due to discontinuation of 101domain email service. The expectations were the most frustrating, and the initial attempt was a total disaster so I went to Support Center. Since then, everything went very quick and smoothly. Chris M is maybe the best support engineer/admin I ever met - he gave absolutely clear precise explanations at every step (including the information way beyond 101 domain responsibility), quickly fixed all the mess I made, and transferred the account in no time.
