I got an email at 9:18 am (Japan Time). The domain is expiring in 24 hours. I paid 2 hours later and 3 hours after 12:18 (noon) I got an e-mail confirming the payment. The site was active. But on dec 1 the site is stopped and now, 23 hours later, still down. 2 of your operator recognize it is a problem and how 101domain dealt but one said it is my fault. Please restore the site ASAP.
