Knowledge depth of the support engineering team, especially "Cheney" was amazing, but most of all the speed of action and patience with me (of little dev knowledge). Would highly recommend.

We have over 10 years' experience with 101domain and Lauren and consider them as "setting the gold standard" in customer support. 101domain's responsiveness makes it seem like we are their top priority. I also note that 101domain works hard to stay ahead of their competitors. For example, after reviewing all available registrars during the rollout of new gTLDs beginning in 2013, we chose 101domain. Later, after Brexit, and the requirement for EU registrars to be in Europe no longer included the UK, 101domain moved its UK office to an EU location while GoDaddy did not. As a result, since GoDaddy could no longer handle .EU registrations, we moved our clients' .EU registrations in GoDaddy accounts to accounts with 101domain. 101domain and Lauren rate ten stars in our opinion!!
