Grateful that Zumper sends me apartment rent listings, but I have to weed through them because most are way above my budget. Zumper keeps ignoring my budget preferences. I'm on a fixed income and WILL NOT EVER be interested in an apartment that is 70-100% of my income.

After almost a year, having my full ID/photo and Property Tax doc (which I am not happy about to hand over), Zumper finally did restore my account after some back and forth. I was locked out again, but they fixed it within hours this time. Thus, I amended my rating higher. Thank you Zumper for following up and finally resolving the issue.

As of today we have been corresponding with you and have successfully removed you from the blacklist, reactivated your account, and also preserved your previous listings within your Zumper Pro account.
