My only complaint is the price. $1500 for a large plastic box with a battery charger and two metal support brackets is high.

Thank you. Great to hear you were happy with our service and prompt shipping. Regarding the price. We also wish they were lower! With supplier increases year over year we do the best we can to stay competitive.
Zuma pulls my parts and gets them shipped same day as I order them. Easy to use website and genuine parts. Price is always competitive and service is fast. I will continue to use Zuma in the future. Thanks, Paul Higley

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a 5 star review! It means a lot to our team, and we really appreciate your business!
Updated Review Had trouble getting a hold of anyone through several channels for a simple return policy question. Kyle eventually reached out and acknowledged the response time should have been faster. Communication could use some improvement, but otherwise a great company to do business with.

Hi Nick, You’re right to expect a timely response from us, and in this case we didn’t meet that standard. We’ve reviewed the interaction and can see that we missed opportunities to properly follow up with you. We know how frustrating it is when communication falls short, and we also take a 1-star review very seriously. Trust is hard-earned and we’re looking into what happened internally and making changes to prevent inquiries from falling through the cracks. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we’ll reach out directly as well. Zuma Sales Support Team
