I really like this manual cheese grater. I use it almost every day. I bought one for each of my daughters as well and they use theirs a lot also. Highly recommend.

My cheese grater hopper cracked and a new one was sent right away at no charge. I just paid for shipping.

I appreciate the lifetime warranty. However, I misunderstood when I agreed to pay the shipping cost. I was under the impression you were sending an entire new slicer. The shipping was close to $8 and the entire slicer was less than $30. For $8 I only got the piece that had broken, which is fine, but had I known that was all I was getting, probably would've just bought a new slicer. I don't think $8 for the single piece is much of a warranty/value in hindsight.
