I have bought from Zudo three times now, all their jewelry are ever so pretty and beautiful. They don’t tarnish at all and are every day wear to me!

Came across this page on Instagram, ordered couple of name necklaces as gift and also for my kids. They are of great quality and look amazing. Also zudo support is very responsive and helped with all my queries.

Ordered the 4 Qul necklace and Ayat ul Kursi cuff bracelet. The packaging was perfect, they sent each piece in a separate pouch. The quality looks amazing. The necklace seemed small in the picture when I ordered it but it’s actually a big circle. Love the stones around it. It is definitely real gold. I honestly love it! I needed some customer service in regards to delivery being delayed due to bad weather in my state and they were very quick with response and very helpful. I am glad I used ZUDO and ordered this stuff. I even told my sisters about them and one of them placed an order in Canada and loved her stuff too. Will definitely be purchasing from them again InshaAllah!

Zudo are an incredible company who make their customers feel like friends and deliver the most impressive and special keepsakes. Their jewelry is fantastic quality and their custom pieces are not only delivered in a timely manner but come in the most brilliant packaging which makes them easy to travel with and keeps them in mint condition. I have been a fan for a while and will continue to be.

The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Zudo's owner, Ibrahim and his colleague Saad went above and beyond to find solutions to a problem we encountered. Not only did they work diligently to offer out of the box solutions, they did it with such kindness that it made you feel right at home at Zudo. The effort that they put in really reflects how much they value their customers and shows us how much they care about their customer experience. Could not recommend enough, for their quality products but even more so for their quality customer service.

ZUDO products are really awesome - but one thing that is even better than their products is their customer service! I bought my first Zudo piece for my mom (Ayatul Kursi cuff + personalized gold cuff) as a thank you gift. While waiting, we bought another similar piece of jewelry from another seller. When we got our Zudo jewelry, the quality was just top-notch compared to the ones we bought from another store!! Zudo has really good quality and meaningful pieces that won't break your bank. After a few orders, my husband and I decided to have our rings custom-made by Zudo for our renewal of vows for our 5 year anniversary. We especially loved that a portion of our order will go to Palestine. Throughout the custom-making process, the team was so helpful and even if we were communicating through email, i felt like they genuinely cared about how special we wanted our rings to be. We got the sizes wrong and they were so gracious to offer to re-do it for us. Such amazing customer service. Im writing this review to thank the team for being so patient and understanding. Alhamdulillah for brands like Zudo, for embodying the way of Islam in your business. PS. I ordered Ayatul Kursi necklaces from them and plan to give them to my daughters when they turn 18 (that's in 17 yrs) and I know theyll still look like new. Thats how much I trust this brand!
