The Customer service representatives were kind and Extremely patient and listened to my concerns to make sure they understood my issues. They returned my emails within the same day or the following business day. They also called to make clarify my concerns. Great team!

The products/appliances that you sell are custom and made my kitchen my dream come true! If I can give Zline 0 stars it would be too many. To begin with, we waited over 9 months to receive a microwave we paid for that does not come with the same color handle as the refrigerator and stove. To add salt to wound, 9 months after receiving the refrigerator it has stopped working. Customer service asking a bunch of questions and not providing support. Highly not recommend zline!!! The worst!

After dealing with several unreliable contractors who took my money and left behind a mess, I realized months later that the steel front cover of my dishwasher was missing. When I called ZLine for a replacement, they immediately offered to send one at no cost to me. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. ZLine has been a bright light in what’s been a frustrating renovation experience. Thank you, ZLine, for your superb customer service!
