I had a great experience with ZipHearing! The only struggle was to get an appointment with their local supplier. They took too long to give me an appointment after Zip Hearing delivered the hearing aids.

Five stars! Emphatically!

I came across ZipHearing after I went to an audiologist to get hearing aids. I was shocked by the prices! I came home and googled "why are hearing aids so expensive?" That is when I discovered ZipHearing. I was skeptical at first, because it sounded too good to be true. But negative reviews were very rare, so I gave it a try. I'm so glad I did! I am 100% satisfied.

The purchase of my new widex hearing aids was made very easy by zip hearing and most importantly they partner with a great audiologist in my area that provided terrific service I highly recommend zip hearing their service and ease of doing business came along with a significant savings

Up to the minute care

Finding out that I needed hearing aids in my 40s was very difficult. I was depressed at first but then I realized that getting them would be the best thing that I could do for myself. When I started learning about the cost if hearing aids I wanted to make sure that I would get the best ones I could for a good price. After pricing some near me, they were so expensive, I didn't even think that I would be able to get them, or that I would have to get subpar aids that may actually damage my hearing even more. My husband was the one who found his Zip Hearing online. I called them and talked to Jeff, who was so nice. He recommended a local hearing aid dispenser for me to go to, and the person I worked with there was also fantastic. Easy to talk to, very detailed and his explanation of the different types of hearing aids and what would be the best one for my type of hearing loss. Plus he had me come back in for rechecks to make sure everything was working properly. Zip hearing made my experience and stress level much easier to deal with, and their friendly attitude and fast service was exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their prices are better than anyone that I have seen, and their customer service is also awesome. If you haven't decided where you were going to purchase your hearing aids from, do not think anymore. Zip Hearing will be the best company you could possibly work with.

GREAT PRICE FAST SHIPPING AND EXCELLENT SUPPORT.

I had been to a local Hearing Aid provider and got sticker shock on the prices that were quoted to me. Even though I needed help with my hearing, I could not justify the price quotes. I started doing a little research/shopping online. I came across ZipHearing.Com and gave them a call. When I told Grant what I had found he informed me of their prices for the exact hearing aids. I was PLEASANTLY surprised that the cost would be about $2100 LESS than the local provider offered me. When I told Grant where I lived he then said that the closest provider that they currently work with was about 90 miles away. I was okay with that distance to save that kind of money. Grant then said he would begin to set everything up. However, he called me back in a few minutes and told me that they had a provider that was "In the Process" of partnering with them that was only 30 mins. away. I said "Great, Go For It!". A day later he called me back and informed me that the provider had an office in MY HOMETOWN and that he would get the ball rolling to facilitate my appointment with them. I cannot say enough good things about ZipHearing, my local provider, and the quality of my new Hearing Aids. I recommend them to anyone that has the need for Hearing Aids and Hearing Assistance Care.
