Buying online with ZipHearing was a great experience and provided considerable savings over my last set of hearing aids. Their local audiologist was thorough in their testing and made settings that made a big improvement over my old hearing aids. Also, the ZipHearing representative has followed up a couple of times to address minor issues to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

ZipHearing located a specialist close by who received the hearing aids I wanted. They were delivered to the audio specialist in just a few days. Best yet, I saved about 1/3 of the retail price. You get the same warranty as retail and one year of free visits with the audio specialist who does the fitting and adustments.

I've never used hearing aids before so it was a scary experience to purchase them online. Grant patiently responded to all of my questions and helped guide me through the process.
