My overall 4 Star rating reflects the audiologist’s unwillingness to make any remote adjustments to the Oticon More hearing aids as that product feature was key to my choice as I split my residence between FL & CO and am 2 hours from the nearest Zip audiologist.

Not only was Jeff at Zip Hearing very helpful he sent me to an authorized Audiologist in Bonita Springs, just north of Naples where I live that was wonderful to work with. Their prices were way below those of my ENT and I am now hearing sounds that I forgot existed. I highly recommend them if you're thinking about getting hearing aids. Could not be happier with the entire experience and the money I saved.
