I was so exited with this chair for a few weeks, the turning, the reverse, the speed. You can’t carry anything with you, your pet or purse because it takes both hands and arms to maneuver however I felt that was my bad because I could plainly see that’s how it worked from their videos. And then I ordered another 600$ battery from journey so I would feel super safe away from home. Made sure both were charged always, both checked and used once a week or so. A few months in I went to use it with the charger clearly showing green light charged. Chair is dead. Neither battery worked shop says batteries are bad. I purchased straight from journey. Batteries, one with chair and one separately from the chair are not guaranteed at all. One with chair I must have let it run dead because it’s showing 3v and should NEVER show 3v. It was fully charged when I took it around the block 10 days prior. They don’t care and anyways if I was storing it in the garage and they got hot they go bad and sorry about that, goodbye.

Bought the chair 13 months ago, and the electronics in the arm broke. Called customer service, was told they would replace the arm. I never got the arm and so called back, and was told they can't replace the arm because my model is the old model and they have no replacement arms for that model. (It's only 13 months old). They said since it didn't break in the first 14 days, there is nothing they can do. Basically, I'm screwed. I bought this expensive wheelchair from this company with zero customer service. So I'm stuck. Don't buy from this company.

This chair is poorly designed. The first couple of months the bottom of the chair fell apart, several months afterwards the wheel blew out because of it's poor designed. My father contacted customer service only to be told that the wheels were on back order. When I contacted customer service on behalf of my father the rep was rude, and combative.

return policy is poor. my husband used his chair1 time, passed and we're 10 days past the return and they will not work with us. they evidently have more than 1 return policy because at first i was told 14days and when I said she was told 30 days then oh, yes, this was on a 30 day return. so if they have two different returns wouldn't you think they can make an exception for a grieving widow with just 10 days past. when you're in the hospital with a dying loved one return dates are the last of your concerns.
