Worst car rental I ever seen. They tried to charge me $145 for cleaning the car. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.

Servizio scadente. Soprattutto non sono in aeroporto. ti vengono a prendere loro all'uscita ... dopo 1/2 ora poi ti portano nel loro capannone. lenti e poco professionali, soprattutto ci hanno preso i soldi 2 volte!!!!!! sconsigliato

Horrible service. Returning to Brazil, it was charged US$ 400,00 from the credit card. According to the Zig Zag it was regarding transit tickets. It was charged another US$ 2.500,00 regarding a damage. They didn’t send any budget to be analyzed and reimbursed 1.500,00. Totally without transparency. Regarding the tickets, they didn’t advise it was necessary to activate.

Nothing to complain for the price you pay.

DO NOT USE IT. When I was to the Zig Zag agency to take the car, I was informed that wasn't possible to leave the Florida State. So I asked them to cancel the reserve, and they said i was done. Once I received the credit card invoice I saw the charged me.

Not a bad cars for affordable prices, no complains.
