I manage a small independent bicycle shop, and for the past three months we have used Zidy to interact with our customers. In that time we have been able to integrate Zidy with our website, our point of sale system, as well as our Google Business Profile. Zidy has helped streamline our service department by automating work order status updates. It has helped increase our number of Google reviews, and helped us stay on top of them. Their website widget has allowed our customer to easily reach us via text message. On top of all this, their customer service has been exceptional; shout out to Rodney and Yan. We have only scratched the surface of what the platform offers, but look forward to utilizing more of it as our busy season approaches. I recommend you give Zidy a try.
