Phenomenal help for the less advanced

Switched to Zidy from another platform and have been happy with it so far. I like how they integrate all departments to immediately fix any issues.

Zidy does that job of capturing website visitors that don't always want to pick up the phone or use the booking link. They message through the chat box. We went from zero to up to 30 messages a day asking to book rental bikes. They can also do this outside of our open hours, as the messages are also sent directly to the Zidy smartphone app. This is very handy for a seasonal business that can't afford to miss opportunities.
