Phenomenon brand, with a great customer service. Their Grills are masterpiece and last for good. Happy with their high quality grill. Their customer service is beyond expectations. Highly recommended.

Have had the 700e for about 6 months and have used it quite a bit and so far everything cooked has been flawless! Thanks You Z Grills!

Order my 700E grill on black Friday and just received it today. I was very excited to start putting this together but once I unpacked everything I notice there was no casters, no base to set the grill on, no grates, no cabinet, and no grill cover. I tried calling but Z Grill is not taking any calls. I left messages and even went on the chat and left all my info. Guess if I dont hear back in a couple of day, guess I will have to get my attorney involved to get my money back. Horrible experience on my 1st pellet grill.

Absolutely love my z grill. I have made everything from ribs, chicken and roasts. The only thing I wish it did was give more smoke.

Yea both me and son have purchased a Zgrill and would rate it as the best purchase I,ve made. The grill works great and does everything it is advertised as doing I can finally get the smoke taste that I enjoy for a really good price. Also the customer service is really good had a small problem and they made it right in a very timely manner so I didnt lose the use of my grill. Keep up the good work and I will and have recommend to fiends and family.!!

Bought a Z Grill over the summer and WOW. I can't believe we waited so long. I've owned charcoal and gas grills but after using a Z GRILL we won't be cooking/grilling/smoking on any other grill/smoker
