Very concerned. I ordered immunity chews, online, for my cat, through a pet store. They arrived & my cat would not eat them. She actually turned 180° when I put them in front of her. I emailed the company about their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. The representative was extremely considerate and helpful. I was told they "have arranged our Allergy & Immune Cat Mousse 14ct and Wild Alaskan Omega 3 Blend Salmon + Pollock 8.5 oz, which should help your fur baby". They gave me an order number, but no tracking number. When I went to try to track the package there was no order on file on the website. When I checked my account information i found my email address and phone number. But, there was no address listed for me. My cat is in distress and it doesn't appear they will actually be sending me anything to replace the product my cat is refusing.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered for my dog via Amazon, unfortunately I realised after I received them (unopened still in packaging last night) that I had tried them previously and made my dog sick. Didn't realise that they had a No return policy!!! What kind of company has a no return policy these days, obviously this is poor company policy, I certainly would not purchase any thing else from them and will be recommending to friends not too either.

My granddog was having tummy issues and throwing up a lot and my vet recommended Zesty Paws senior probiotics and they really seem to help. When we lost him a couple of months ago I thought that I had canceled my subscription but apparently it didn't go through and I didn't realize this until they sent another shipment. I reached out to them letting them know and asking how I can return and get a refund. When the lady called me back I wasn't able to answer but she left me the kindest voicemail. Not only did she refund the full purchase amount but told me I didn't need to return the supplements, I could give them to a friend or donate them to a local rescue. When I got home from work there was a beautiful bouquet of sympathy flowers on my porch from them. This meant a lot. It told me they actually care rather than just trying to sell a supplement to make a buck. Thank you Zesty Paws 🐾

If I could give a zero review, I would I ordered the probiotics I needed to return them before I receive them because my doctor gave me allergy medicine when they emailed me and told me they had 100% refund. I didn’t know that meant I have to pay for my own return that to me is not 100% in the email. It says unfortunately they cannot print out return labels that I would have to return it myself and then get the refund. I would rather throw it away then return it back to them stay away from this company.

If I could leave a -100 star I would. Stay away If you're lucky you get the item ordered it makes things worse for your fur baby. They refuse to provide refunds and they are very condescending. There are way better products and companies out there.

Bought these for my six cats and not one of them will eat these. I have the calming bites and the urinary bites and they just won’t eat them. This is sad.

Ordered the probiotics for my dog. I have used them for about a month now and it’s not helping my dog’s allergies or gut health at all! I’ll be looking a different brand!

The reviews on here do reflect my experience. Ordered easily, delivered quickly. After months of trying vet prescribed medication for itching I tried these, they have been magic! Itching has significantly reduced to a normal amount of itch and scratch for a dog. Skin is no longer red. My dogs are no longer constantly annoyed by itching!
