Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry for the frustration with your order. You should have had clear, accurate information about availability from the start, and we fell short on that. We have issued a full refund for your order, shipping included. I also tried calling you to help directly and sent a follow-up email with the details. We've shared your comments with our team so we can do better at communicating stock and lead times.

Keeping customers informed is an important part of providing a dependable shopping experience, especially when an item is temporarily backordered. We’re glad our updates helped keep you in the loop and that we followed up once your TOTO deodorizer catalyst assemblies were on their way. Thank you for your patience and for choosing ZenSupply!

Hello, Thank you for the review and for letting us know about your experience. We're sorry the missing apartment number delayed your delivery by two days and left you tracking down your package. We know that's frustrating when you're waiting on an order. We're glad to hear it has since arrived. We reached out to see if we could help with anything else and were happy to hear you're all set. If anything comes up with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll be happy to help!
