Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take every client concern seriously and want to clarify the situation professionally. Our records show that all the services you purchased were completed and delivered exactly as agreed. At the time of delivery, you confirmed that you were fully satisfied and approved the work. Several weeks later you returned with new concerns, and although these were outside the original scope, we still assisted you to ensure you remained satisfied. You also assured our team that you would update your review to reflect the work we completed and your satisfaction after the additional support we provided. Unfortunately, that update has not been made. We remain committed to transparent communication and delivering quality work to every client. If there is anything further you need within the scope of your project, our team is always available to help.
