Hi Martha, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the presentation of the later boxes did not meet your expectations, but we do want to clarify a few points for transparency. Our cancellation policy is not intended to be deceptive or hidden. The subscription terms, including the six-month commitment and the $45 early-cancellation fee, are provided as part of the subscription terms at the time of purchase. The fee applies specifically when a customer chooses to cancel before completing the six-month commitment, which is why we offer the option to continue the subscription without that fee. Regarding the packaging, the first box is intentionally presented differently as the introductory box. Subsequent monthly deliveries may use more streamlined packaging, while the contents continue to be curated around the monthly energy and chakra focus. We’re sorry once again that your experience has left you feeling dissatisfied. That said, we believe it is important that prospective customers have the full context rather than the impression that our policies are intentionally concealed. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take your comments about the packaging and printed materials into consideration. Chloe - Zencrafthouse

Hi Tabitha, Thank you for sharing your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to reach out. We’re sorry to hear the products in your boxes haven’t met your expectations and that they’ve come across as “cheap.” Quality and value are important to us, and we carefully select items for each box with that in mind. That said, perception of quality can be subjective, and we’re always open to specific feedback so we can look into the particular items you received. Regarding cancellation: your subscription is structured with a six-box commitment. This is clearly outlined in the terms you agreed to when you signed up, and it allows us to offer the pricing and product selection at the rate you enrolled under. We understand it can feel restrictive if you’re not fully satisfied, but the commitment is part of the agreement that applies to all subscribers. If you’d like to share more details about which products felt subpar, or if there’s anything specific we can review on your account, please let us know. We’re here to help within the terms of your subscription. Chloe - Zencrafthouse

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We would like to clarify that we never require or pressure customers to change their reviews in exchange for assistance. Our goal has always been to resolve concerns and ensure every customer receives the products included with their order. We understand your disappointment regarding the replacement item and sincerely apologize if it did not meet your expectations. This was never related to your decision to cancel your subscription, and all customers receive the same level of support regardless of their subscription status. We've reached out privately to review your order details and would appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue and work toward a fair resolution. – Chloe, Zencrafthouse Support Team

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about your feedback. However, we take product quality very seriously, and all items go through checks before dispatch. Claims of “poor quality” are not consistent with the standards we maintain or the feedback from the majority of our customers. That said, we’re always open to reviewing specific concerns. If there was an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly with details and photos so we can properly investigate and provide a fair resolution. We stand behind our products and are committed to resolving legitimate concerns. Best regards, Chloe Zencrafthouse Support Team

Hi, thank you for leaving your feedback. Your monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. The long commitment you saw must be due to a mistake during the account setup. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help you with your account issue.

Hi Nancy, thank you for contacting us. We've tried to reach you a couple of times via email and phone, but we haven't received your response. As we mentioned, no one answered the phone because you called us on the weekend during our off-hours. I also checked and saw that we never got a record that you cancelled your subscription. That was why when I checked, your account was still active. Anyway, we've cancelled it for you now, so rest assured you won't be charged in the future. Thanks again, and please reach out to us in the future if you need further help.
