Garbage, nothing worked , bad support

Made an account for a discord bot, purchase was rejected for "fraud." Contacted to find out why and was IP blocked. 1st time customer...get found you off of reddit. Cant say I understand your logic.

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by Zelon. In my opinion they misrepresent their services on their website. They let me order and pay for web hosting and then they simply cancelled it, stating that "...our shared web hosting plans are being discontinued because we believe that much better value can be found in a VPS". Note: their web hosting that "is being discontinued" is still available to purchase on their website today. My personal experience with Zelon was unbelievably poor and disappointing. My opinion is they are a joke of a hosting company If you want my advice, here it is - run away from Zelon and choose another hosting company!

Zelon has served me very well so far, Currently have a Hyrbid in Miami and I have had zero issues of downtime. Great value servers, and support is fast to respond!

My service has been nothing short but excellent. The support team, specifically Jack has handled every issue I have ever faced. He went above and beyond a clients expectations and that type of effort is commendable and deserves to be rewarded. This is my turn to host for VPS services, they are very reliable. I have never experienced any downtime, so Zelon is very stable! I have never had a support chat wait time longer than 1-2 minutes. Keep it up!
