Hi there, Thank you very much for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear that the Super Smash Bros Ganondorf card from your 40-pack isn’t working. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We test our cards before shipping, but occasionally a card can be defective. I’d be happy to send you a free replacement for the Ganondorf card right away—please just reply with your address confirmation and I’ll get it shipped out as soon as possible. Regarding the pricing, I also appreciate your honesty and understand your concern. While there may be similar-looking products listed elsewhere for less, Zeldacards guarantees authenticity, quality, and full support for every order. We cannot guarantee the same reliability or support for cards from other sellers. That said, I want you to feel good about your purchase, so I’m happy to offer you a partial refund or a coupon for a future order as a gesture of goodwill—just let me know your preference. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. If you need help with any other cards or have questions, please let me know! Best regards, Karl Zeldacards Customer Support
