My account was and is still locked for a month and I've been trying to stay in contact with customer support as to figure out why it was locked. During that month, they could not figure out why and stated that they were still investigating. Here's the kicker. They tell you to troubleshoot by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which ends up deleting your ticket on the app, so you have to end up creating a new ticket in order to get back in line. Customer support feels like it is nonexistent. If you do have a smooth experience and do get a lot of sats, please do not leave them in the zbd wallet for too long. Put them in another wallet.

The support is unhelpful. Could not even start to use their wallet. There were some games that required their wallet, but tnankfully I will not waste my time with them. I would recommend to stay away.
