Zara was very kind. But unfortunately the issue I asked for help was unresolved even after paying for 3 different services.

Nerys thank you for being honest and for the kind word about me and I'm really sorry you're still carrying this unresolved, I know how heavy that feels. Some situations run deeper than any of us want them to and I will never pretend otherwise... but I also don't give up on people. I will always look at this again myself and see what else can be done. I wish I could promise every single person a desired ending but I'd be lying if I did and lying to you is the one thing I won't do. What I can promise is that I don't disappear when things take longer than expected 🙏
