We have had an amazing safari with our tourguide Madeal. We have seen the big five + so many more animals and beautiful nature. Madeal's knowledge of nature but also his respect for nature and animals is top notch. Truly a trip of a lifetime!

In Moshi: Enthousiastic and helpfull personeel. Rooms clean and ok. Very Nice garden. Tips: better coverage WiFi. Better hours Swimmingpool. Safari: very good and friendley driver. Lodges fantastic. Zanzibar: fine but slightly aged hotel. Beach to crowdy. The Swimmingpool had no shade or sunprotection. We chose a trip with a Dow but had tot remember the Guide tot get it.

The highland hotel was really bad. Even though we were only the only guests we got a the room next to the generator. A lot of noise the hole night. The food was really bad - food that you find at the children meny at any restaurant. From the other hotels we visited we know that it can be done better

We have enjoyed the trip overall. Everybody was very friendly and accommodations were decent. What we did not like (which I consider minor and still give 4 stars overall): 1. On Kilimanjaro: our tent for 3 had broken zippers and inside part was not closing. The guides had to give us two of their own small tents and our group was separated. The tents were also hard to get in and out. And zippers were also partially broken but at least we were able to close. 2. The food on Kili tasted good but there was very little protein (90% of carbs) and the little beef we got in stews was mostly unchewable or the tiny chicken drumstick you get for dinner and one fried egg in the morning was all the protein we got per day. And what's with a bucket of popcorn every afternoon for a snack? But that was as I said minor problems comparing to the big picture. The guide Chombo and the assistant guide Luka were outstanding! They made our successful summit possible. The driver on Safari, gets 3 stars because of bad English and strong accent. But he was very nice otherwise. We enjoyed the trip and saw a lot of animals.

Amazing experience on Kilimanjaro with Zara Tours. Booking process was straightforward with Moses from reservations responsive to our emails within a day and detailed explanations to our questions. Actual Kilimanjoaro trek well organized and supported by experienced guides. Tents and other equipment in excellent condition. The cook made excellent meals and served generous portions. I highly recomend Zara Tours

We choosed the 8-days-Lemosho - Route on Kilimanjaro. All of our group (4 person) reached the summit. Our Guide Dickson was the best Guide. He allways found the right words and the hole team, who went with us was so funny and make our trip unforgetable. We miss them already! The food was very good, the atmosphere very friendly. Dickson was very professional.
