Zara Tanzania AdventuresReviews of zaratours.com

As advertised-pick up and delivery to lodge and safaris on time and personnel were friendly and helpful. Driver/ guide was wonderful , friendly and knowledgeable . I certainly enjoyed my probably once in a lifetime experience.Africa is a most interesting country and Zara is a company that can show it to you well.

Guide was a 5. Accommodations would have been a 5 if the last night had running water. Food was what I would imagine in a camping safari so met my expectation and no issues, 5. I saw all animals except rhino but that’s not guided fault. A recommendation for future tours would be to provide your guides with satellite phones so tourists could leverage a reliable hotspot. Also suggest taking tourists to the best merchandise stores to find the best pricing. Yes you can haggle in any store but many tourists aren’t into that scene.

My daughter and I had an amazing time touring 3 parks in Tanzania. Our guide was so attentive to our needs and always ensured we would have a unique experience, including finding a way for us to see lions and a lion kill.

We are very happy with the Kilimanjaro trekking guides and porters. They have supported us all the way to the top. Definitely would not be able to do it without their support. Special mention to Felix, Richard, Hopson, Bobo and Isa. Asante sana!🥰 Our Safari trip was quite fun too! Joseph was very hospitable and accommodating on all our needs. There was last minute changes on our plan but despite of that, he was able to pull it off with a smile.☺️ If there are any improvement that I can suggest, it will be adding AC on the land cruiser and also providing choices on lunch boxes. We got tired of the lunch box food in just 4 days!😅 Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Zara Tours. I would have given 4.5 rating but it wasn't an option.

I highlighy recommend Zara Tours. All was perfect especially our guide Gilbert !! Thanks to all the team !!!

Zara Tours or to be specific the driver Jerry, has just given us an amazing safari tour in Tanzania for 5 days. He is a really nice guy with a good and positive mood and laugh, he practises good and safe driving and he knows really a lot about animals. He was exceptionally good to spot the animals and quick to react and change directions/plans according to what was interesting to see at the moment. I was with my children (16 and 19) and Jerry definitely succeed in matching the young ones as well as me. He really did an incredible job of letting us feel good and enjoy the days. It included other activities; swimming in the afternoon and biking nearby Lake Manyana - and to do such activities is exactly what we always like to practice. Finally - he managed very well to perpetuate the bike tour and our Masai visit in good and mesmerizing videos. Zara Tours better appreciates this driver and his personal qualities, because he really makes a difference which means satisfied customers. We warmly recommend going on a safari with Zara Tours and of course with Jerry as a driver.
