We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is absolutely not the level of service we strive to provide. While we currently operate online to ensure streamlined support, we do have real people (not bots!) behind every message, and we always want to make sure your questions are answered thoroughly. If you didn’t receive your promo rate or invoice, that’s something we’d like to fix right away. Please reach out to us directly with your order details, and we’ll prioritize your case. We appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve. Thank you for giving us the chance to make this right.

Dear Wade, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We deeply understand the frustration and worry this situation has caused, and we sincerely apologize for any distress you’ve experienced. The safety and trust of our patients are at the heart of everything we do, and we are taking this matter very seriously. As soon as the concerns regarding a previous partner came to light, we took action to sever our partnership with them, while we await their response. Since then, we have transitioned to working exclusively with Hallandale and Red Rock. Your suggestion to hold parties accountable is not only understood but aligns with our commitment to maintaining the highest standards for our patients. We are using all venues to address all concerns related to this situation and to protect the reputation of Zappy Health as a trusted provider. We genuinely value your feedback and want to reassure you that we are doing everything in our power to ensure patient safety and trust moving forward. If there are specific concerns or questions you would like us to address, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help and committed to supporting our patients through this process. Thank you for your understanding as we work to make things right and learn from this experience. Warm regards, Zappy Health

Dear David, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We deeply regret that you feel this way, and we want to assure you that your feedback is important to us. Our team is committed to supporting all of our patients, and we strive to respond promptly and thoroughly to every inquiry. According to our records, we’ve been in contact with you multiple times through the chat portal to address your concerns regarding the pharmacy. If there are unresolved issues, we sincerely apologize. We understand that this is likely not the outcome you had hoped for. To clarify, Zappy Health is a medical provider, not a pharmacy. We do not handle the dispensing or shipping of medications, and we rely on third-party licensed pharmacies for these services. Upon learning about the issues with the pharmacy in question, we immediately severed our relationship with them and have since partnered with reputable pharmacies to ensure patient safety and reliability. We understand your frustration and are here to assist you in every way we can. If you need further details about your prescription, we recommend reaching out directly to the pharmacy in question at [email protected]. In the meantime, at Zappy, we continue to do our investigation and updating our customers daily. It is a shame that you refer to other positive feedback as fake, but we respect your right for free speech and encourage you. Your safety and satisfaction remain our top priorities, and we appreciate your patience as we work through these challenges.
