That is definitely not the standard we shoot for! ❌ What you see on the mockup should be matched or exceeded in real life. Please DM us your Order ID and email address (or reach out to [email protected] with photos of your sign).
I would never buy another thing from you guys. Total rip off and a crew of liars… Garbage company. That is why we are disputing charges and want to send back this garbage.

We take all feedback seriously, but as you didn't specify the exact issue in your comment, our support team has already reached out to your email to find out what went wrong. Please check your inbox so we can clarify the situation and understand the exact reason behind your frustration.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will lie and lie and lie. Total crooks. Paid for this 3 weeks ago when they said it was done. They said it would ship immediately. Well it didn’t and still not here. There are much better places to order from..

Oh wow, this definitely doesn't sound right, and I’d love to figure out what's going on here. I’ve actually checked our system for any orders under your name or pending for 3 weeks, but I’m not finding a matching order ID or verified purchase history on our end. We take shipping deadlines super seriously, so if you did place an order with us, please shoot us a direct message with your order number! I’d be more than happy to track it down and see exactly what’s happening. Hope to hear from you soon!
They say 1-2 weeks for custom build. I order a super simple one and it’s been a full month and I still don’t have it. When I emailed them about this problem they replied with a jumbled up mess that you can’t read at all. It’s starting to feel like a scam.

Hi there, we take all customer feedback seriously. However, we cannot locate any order under your profile name, and your account does not show a verified purchase tag. Please message us directly ([email protected]) with your Order Number and the email used for purchase so we can verify and support you immediately. Thank you.
They messed up colors on my sign and refuse to reimburse or send me the another sign. I send them the pictures and sign looks completely different from the preview that I confirmed. Their answer is that I agreed and they can't do nothing about it.

We want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. However, since we don't have your details here, it’s difficult for us to track your specific case and identify the issue. Please provide your Order ID and the Email address used for the purchase. Once we have that info, we can verify your order against our production records and provide a solution via email. You can also reach us directly at [email protected] so we can look into this right away.
They never sent me my order number, they don’t respond to emails I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now and haven’t even gotten my order number so that I can check order status, and on top of that they do not respond back to buying customer. Bad business I don’t know if I’m even getting my product

Hi there! Our support team tried searching under your name but couldn't locate a matching order yet. Could you please provide your Order ID or the email address used at checkout? This will help us track it down in a heartbeat. Sometimes our confirmation emails get shy and hide in the Spam or Junk folder, it’s worth a quick peek just in case! For the fastest resolution, you can also reach out directly to [email protected]. I'll personally keep an eye on this for you. We value your trust, and I’ll stay with you until we get your neon sign sorted out!
I explained I am a global signage provider and was looking for a sample of your product to display at conventions. The product arrived broken. I sent pics and received feedback that I could likely fix it after watching a provided video. I’m a VP of a global branding company, not a signage maker. I ask how to return it to be repaired or receive a refund. Instead I received another reply about how I could likely fix it. It is unfortunate as I could have “likely” placed many orders but not if product arrives broken and can’t get it fixed. It is now 18MAR26 and the only responses have been for me to fix it myself. I have asked for an RMA to return this sign for credit if you are not willing to replace or repair it.

My order isn’t how I was expecting it and. Customer service will not respond or help with replacement. No remote was sent and the light does not turn on.

Hi there! I'm truly sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. This is definitely not the standard we strive for at Zanvis Neon. I’ve just double-checked with our internal team, and a Support Specialist has already sent you a priority email to resolve the issue. Sometimes our emails might sneak into your Spam/Junk folder, so please give that a quick look!
