I received my order on time and the quality of the product was excellent.

A+seller. Fast delivery and superb communication Thank u

Friendly seller, fast delivery, carefully packed, satisfied.

I received the bag, but it looked fake and smelled bad. The website says free 30-day returns, however, after emailing for a refund for three weeks, and them saying they would send me a label, they finally said they would not refund me because of the shipping costs. That's not what the site claims and not what they promised me earlier.

Love my bag! I ordered the Neverfull PM. It was packaged well and shipped extremely fast. Excellent quality. I will definitely order again and refer my friends.

I had an issue with a the kan I fendi bag, it had leather straps instead of chain so the design was off. I emailed the seller and they reached out to me and we were able to reach middle ground. The seller sent me the chain and I appreciate the care and commitment to solve the issue.

100% happy with the quality of my purse and wallet. It’s not only beautiful but looks like the real thing. Very happy with my purchase and and going to share this site with all my friends. I would recommend this site 100%
