zagar says they beat taylor and martin and i agree...hands down...i have 2 gs minis (koa and spruce), 2 214's, a 314, 2 814's, a martin x, a streetmaster, and a high dollar tree of life...the zagar plays better, sounds better, and looks better (except the tree of life mop is pretty nice, but harder to play because the tree on the fretboard confuses frets...) and the three zagars i own cost me 1 tenth of what i payed for all the big name guitars that will get moth balled...

Hi, yesterday I received my ZAD80CE AURA and it’s absolutely beautiful! I heard about Zager guitars being easy to play and sounding amazing well it’s true! Right out of the case it sounds better than my 2,000 Taylor, not saying Taylor is bad I am just telling you that the Zager is truly a special guitar. I have been playing guitar for over 60 years and have owned/still own many different types. I purchased a Zager 900CE. The 900CE is a beautiful guitar that plays very nice and has excellent Fishman electonics. I had a very small string issue with the one I received and contacted them. They offered full refund or a new guitar. No questions asked. Now that is service, especially from Bella, Emily, Betty, and Whitney. I chose to stay with Zager guitar due to quality construction, service, and I just received my brand new guitar. NO string issue. Anyone looking for a quality guitar in various price ranges can't go wrong with a Zager guitar. Greg

Wow! Just received the ZED 900 today. All my hopes and expectations for new guitar have been met! Sounds GREAT, looks great, and it really is easier to play. The wider neck and action set-up are so inviting to just keep on playing and playing every song I know. Long ago I had a D-35; this sounds as good and plays with greater ease. The Zager people are great. Highly recommended.

I just began playing the guitar last August when I turned 69. I figured it is never too late to begin. I bought a used Ovation Celebrity and have enjoyed learning on it, but wanted to upgrade to an all wood guitar with a more mellow and rich sound. I did a lot of research and tried a number of the big name brands, but came across the Zager guitar website and decided that I would give them at try. With the 30 day trial period, what could you lose since they pay the shipping both ways. At first I was going to order the ZAD50CE Mahogany, but decided to go ahead an upgrade to the ZAD80CE OM. Wow... what a beautiful guitar! It has such a rich and mellow tone. I am also glad I ordered the OM size since I mostly play sitting down. It fits comfortably. I know there is a lot of stuff out there than wants to make people doubt whether Zager guitars are all they say they are. But I am here to say that they are probably the best value for the money you can get anywhere. The customer service has been excellent and having a lifetime guarantee is amazing.

Back in March I bought a Zager guitar....it was the model ZAD 20...a beautiful guitar, and it was like Denny and Dennis said it would be...Unfortunately, I have this one problem with my left hand, and the guitar I have is a smaller version of a normal size guitar.....So when I received my ZAD 20, I was having some problems in my left hand because the guitar was larger size against my body and longer neck....here come the BEST PART....I was about 2 weeks past my guarantee...even though I only played it a few times, I emailed Dennis and explained my problem, and I was willing to sent back guitar and pay any difference, not thinking it would happen, I was going to take my loses, and try to sell my ZAD 20 at a big loss, and get the ZAD 50OM because of the smaller size and be able to play easier....Well, to my surprise, and a almost instant response, Dennis said ok, only pay the difference, and no charge for either shipping or return shipping....Then, after a couple of more emails, Dennis said, NO EXTRA CHARGE on Guitar either....he said we are running a sale, so it will even out..........So, let me just say, do you know anyone person, or company that would do something like this, even after about 2 weeks past the guarantee....The Zager's are the most honest and will always try to make the customer happy....I give them the highest rating on them as people, and the highest rating on their products.....the best guitars in the business....Jack in Florida
