We're really sorry to hear this happened. If you still have any parts of the mount, would you mind sending us a few photos? We'd love to take a closer look — sometimes issues like this can be related to how the mount was fitted, so the photos will really help us understand what happened and figure out the best way forward.

Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback. We'd like to address a few points here. Firstly, your order was placed on February 12th and was picked up on March 25th , but was available for pick-up since March 18, 2026 — that is 34 days, not three months. Secondly, your order confirmation shows a purchase of 2 items, both of which were delivered as ordered. There is no record of a rear-view camera hood being purchased. We are unable to locate any message from you in our inbox. We'd welcome you to reach out directly via our website so we can look into this further. We'd appreciate it if you could take another look at your order confirmation and update your Trustpilot review accordingly. A fair and accurate review helps other customers make informed decisions. Dear Peer, Thank you for your feedback — I'm sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet. After looking into this, I noticed that Denmark recently transitioned its national mail delivery from PostNord to a new provider, DAO, which has been causing delays for customers across the country. Unfortunately, this is something outside of our control as a sender. I hope your order arrives very soon, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions. Warm regards, YURIK Accessories Team

Hi there. Just received your 1-star review. If you had difficulties installing the charging port cover why didn't you contact me first to ask how to install it if you did not understand it yourself? Now for the floor tray, you install it and once it sits there. If you are keep removing and reinstalling it every time you want to, obviously the Velcro won't adhere to the tray anymore. User error 100%
