Great work. Looks exactly like them. It’s a Christmas present as the pup is now deceased. I really hope he likes it as their were a true bonded pair.

The staff was having trouble getting my dog's coloring right. We exchanged a few back-and-forth messages, and the coloring kept going in the wrong direction. Finally, Bea wrote to me directly and asked me to send her a couple of pictures, which I did. She worked with these photos and got my dog's coloring spot on! I am so happy with the photo.

The process was good. But the final that was sent to me is not as nice as what i was sent for the digital file. It looks more like someone printed it off a printer While I love the idea I am disappointed by the final product. I was so excited to purchase several ore for Holiday gifts, but I will not as the quality is not at all what I expected for the cost////
