I keep getting these requests for review, but I have not received any product.

I ordered 3 - 33lb bags of dog food as the website indicated. I received 3 - 30lb bags because the manufacturer had reduced the size (I'm the one who found this information after I got the dog food). Yow still charged me the price of the 33lb bags though the Fromms website showed a lower price for the now smaller bags. Seems like Yow should have provided me notice of the change and why their price remained the same.

Canceled order. No explanation as to why.

Item just as expected. Arrived in a timely manner. A+

Great service I got wrong product they sent me return label as soon as I advised them they had sent wrong product
