YouWareReviews of youware.com

I have issues connecting my domain with website I built. The 1st website was connected without issues, the 2nd won't no matter what either I or my hosting support does. Youware support is not replying to emails for more than 2 weeks, and I see on Discord servers that a lot of clients are experiencing same problems. I paid yearly subscription and I'm starting to regret it. The only reason what I didn't give 1 star is that I hope someone from support will finally reply and solve my issue.

Project ID: 1x4gssua88gsibfdmhhp I've had an "Ultra-awful" experience and have lost a significant amount of time, effort, and money due to this platform's instability. And forget about getting any better treatment for subscribing to their top tier. The core issue is a fundamental failure in their database. It struggles to connect with the frontend like a worn-out engine that just won't engage. This makes the product nearly unusable for any serious or reliable work. To make matters worse, their support is a black hole. They either don't care, are too focused on chasing investors, or are simply overwhelmed by new clients—whatever the reason, the result is unacceptable for a paying customer. When I pleaded for help fixing the database, they refused to get their hands dirty and simply blamed their automated systems. It feels like they are hiding behind their bots. Believe me, I went through all the possible variables before letting them know. Their response? "Hire someone to fix it or take your code elsewhere." Now, that is something else. "Thank you for being our loyal customer" sounds like mockery. The platform does work — occasionally, which makes the inconsistency even more maddening. It's a complete lottery whether your project will run or crash. I genuinely hope their credit consumption model isn't as predatory as it feels right now, because it seems designed to burn through your investment while their broken system fails. I also suspect that during peak times, their algorithm switches to weaker, cheaper models without telling anyone, which would explain the inconsistent results. But they won't tell us what's really going on. Disclaimer: I had to use two different email addresses just to get a response. So I solved the contact issue, but the support issue remains completely broken. I'm giving two stars only because the underlying concept of the SaaS is promising. But in its current state, riddled with database issues and backed by indifferent support, I cannot and will not recommend YouWare to anyone.

Puedes crear de todo en instantes. Es una aplicación súper útil y fácil de usar que me ha permitido diseñar webs o apps desde cero, sin tener conocimientos de programación. Tras haberla utilizado un tiempo creo que puede servir a cualquier público.

It’s a great tool that makes websites instantly and they are functional

La aplicación en verdad es una joya, el como una inteligencia artificial puede crear una app completamente en cuestión de minutos es de locos, de verdad es demasiado buena, la recomiendo totalmente

It is really user-friendly. Just a great tool. Highly recommend.

This YouWare Platform is Completely Helpful for Developers Beginners and those who don’t know about coding. Because I created modern professional websites for my business using this YouWare platform.
