I ordered a book over 4 weeks ago that has never arrived. I asked for a refund over a week ago and nothing is processing. Sounds like a fraud company out of india. Do not use this company!

The book was in a good condition, not new (looks used, doesn't have a code to excess online materials). I ordered it from, what I expected was, WY, USA (the bookshop's address stated on the website). But no, the book shipped from India, so now I have to deal with tariffs in a form of payment to Fedex. The shipping country should be stated in the product's description in some form with potential payments stated. Now that I am checking the book reviews (I didn't need to read them, as I knew the book is good), the whole thing looks dodgy -- reviews are badly crafted, some of them are clearly belong to some other edition. They even have the Lorem Ipsum "review" at the bottom. Should have checked prior, and purchase the book directly from the publisher.

Ordered a new book, but it arrived damaged. Not only would the company not refund the book (even after I sent pictures of the damage), I got stuck with $18.10 of import duties because the book was apparently shipped from India (even though I paid shipping when I ordered the book). I got scammed. Do not buy from this seller!

I do not recommend this company. We received very low quality frames and they were not the size we ordered. After several emails (barely) with them, the problem was never resolved. No refund was ever given and the correct items were never sent.

They claim to have a hassle free return policy, but they don't accept returns for incorrect selections. I purchased a textbook from a required class list but then was told the updated version was required. So, I purchased the updated version from them expecting to be able to return the first textbook. I had relied on their hassle free statement and then read that improper selections are not eligible for return. I won't buy another book from them regardless of price.

DO NOT BUY; SCAM!! They sent me the wrong book, TWICE, and then never processed my refund. For weeks, I communicated back and forth with "customer service," and they continuously claimed to be "working on the refund," although nothing ever came. They scammed me the entire time.

I ordered picture frames in November and have requested delivery or a credit MULTIPLE TIMES. Do not do business with this company. I should have checked reviews before placing my order. AGAIN, do not do business with this company.
