Not very useful, too few sample tests . Little help in preparing for test

I'm sorry to hear you did not find the program useful. With more than 3,000 RN and more than 2,600 PN practice questions - could you elaborate what you mean with "too few sample tests"? Did you try our Test Creator?
Your platform crashed with NO communication during righty before I took my HESI exam. The platform is helpful if and when it works. But you can’t guarantee it will work. EDIT: Your best grade has responded to this review and I will reiterate that their program is helpful when the site works. My issue with it is that the entire site crashed and I didn’t receive an email until I asked. At that time it had been down for more than 6 hours. I bought a subscription to another site to compensate. Of course I’m going to continue using what I paid for. The complete lack of communication when the site crashed is the problem.

Thank you for your feedback. As you unfortunately experienced, we had a 6-hour site outage on February 24 caused by an unexpected issue with our servers hosted on AWS Amazon Web Services (hence we were unable to send you a warning in advance). We understand that this was extremely unfortunate for your practice experience. It was our first site outage in years, and we did everything in our power to get the site back up and running as soon as possible. Regrettably, it did take a total of 6 hours to get the website back up, and I genuinely apologize for the inconvenience you had with the practice tests on that specific date! I checked your account and did see that you've taken several practice tests before and after that date, and I hope the experience has been much better on those tests. Please know that we guarantee the practice tests work, and we have refunded customers who needed access to the practice tests on that specific date and could not use the program after.
