Thanks so much, sir!
Shawn is a great person, respectful, honest, and highly professional. He worked tirelessly on our claim and dealt directly with the at fault party's insurance company on our behalf. When the other party's insurance company became unresponsive and essentially ghosted us, we decided to proceed through our own insurance carrier to obtain the fair market value for our vehicle. Since liability had already been determined to be 100% the other party's fault, our insurance company stepped in and will seek reimbursement from the at fault carrier. Throughout the process, Shawn continued to advocate for us. He contacted our insurance company, negotiated the fair market value of our vehicle, and achieved an excellent outcome after countless rounds of discussions and negotiations. I highly recommend Shawn to anyone seeking an honest vehicle evaluation or appraisal. He knows how to effectively negotiate with insurance companies and help ensure you receive a fair settlement rather than accepting a lowball offer. Thank you, Shawn, for representing me and my family throughout this process. We truly appreciate the professionalism, respect, and dedication you showed us every step of the way. Your knowledge, persistence, and commitment made a difficult situation much easier to navigate, and we are grateful for everything you did for us.
