Process took so long. Overall Good experience.

Initially the communication between my attorney Scott Stengel and I was respectful and my understanding of the process was clear. Lauren (Paralegal) was my main contact and very professional and responsive. When it came time for settlement and my main contact was the attorney the communication came to a screaming halt! After trying all forms of communication I emailed the lead partner with my complaint which was intercepted by his secretary and passed on to my attorney who responded that same day with promises that never materialized! This went on for almost 12 months! Finally after 2 years from the date of my accident I signed my settlement.

First time car accident. Learned a lot about have certain things in place. Almost lost my life in a car accident. Got paid 1800. Dall[or settlement. Not worth everything I went through.

Kept me abreast of the limits within my case. Worked to accomplish it while I worked Outside to accomplish things. Kept in contact with me through the good times and the bad and reached a settlement that was able to place me back at the point where I began before my accident. I am Not at a loss so 70% because it was t exactly what I wanted but I’m Not upside down.

They were okay to work with. Settlement took a little while but it worked out in the end

No true complaints, I just don’t feel the lawyers went above and beyond for my case. I believe the average work was done. Toward the end of my case I was put in touch with a woman named Monica who was beyond helpful. However we didn’t correspond until the tail end of my case. I wish I would’ve had her in the beginning.
