Do not order from this company!!!! You will regret ever ordering from here!!!!! I placed an order in August of 2024. I still haven’t received my order as of February 17, 2025. I ordered thru Shopify and I’m getting a run around from this company as well!! I paid extra to protect my order, huge mistake!!! Out of over $300 no one to help!!! Never again!!! I’ve called, I’ve sent emails, I’ve reached out several times with no help at all!! On top of that, the only phone number I had for You Booze is no longer in service!!! I’ve been more than patient with both of these companies!!!!!! Someone just do there job and give me my money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless you want to lose your money. You will not receive it and They will never refund it. Trust me.

Ordered as a Christmas present and was supposed to be delivered by Christmas Day, Feb. 12th and still did not receive!! Disputed the charge with credit card company and Youbooze is disputing my chargeback!! Filing with District Attorney next

If I could give zero stars I would. All the reviews about placing orders for items they never received - and then haggled for a refund - are very true. They sell product they don’t have on hand - and assume you can wait over a month for it. It’s disingenuous. I’ve been trying for days to get a refund. The person responding to the customer service email keeps saying they will tell their “accountant”… with no definitive resolution or time frame of resolution. This is theft. Don’t order from them.
