I ordered a bottle of bourbon and a bottle of Rye, a week later received an email that the bottle of Rye was not available, I asked for a refund. 10 days later, no bourbon, no refund. 10 more days, "we understand and appreciate your patients". 10 more days, I requested a refund on entire order. 3 days later after threating to file fraudulent charges. I received a refund 6 weeks after initial order. This company is a total scam.

Great selection and fair prices compared to other online liquor stores. You will always get what you ordered if you are willing to wait a month or two. They will let you know immediately if there is a delay with your order, but getting it touch with them to do something about it is extremely difficult.

After a couple weeks, they canceled my order. Then a couple days after they canceled it, they sent me a link to review my purchase. I never got my purchase. Never ordering from them again.

I paid extra for shipping, was put on hold for three weeks, still haven't received product. Awful after purchasing process, not interested in purchasing from here again. I just want the bottle I paid for, thanks for the delay!

Very great service

Awful - they canceled my order since they didn’t have the item in stock, and didn’t even bother to tell me it was canceled. I didn’t receive an email notification or anything. I went to check on shipment status since it had been a few days since ordering, and I discovered on my own it was canceled. Not getting this item in time ruined an event of mine. The company didn’t let me know, nor care whatsoever once I inquired with them. I also don’t understand why they advertise and let customers purchase items that they don’t even have in stock. They didn’t offer anything to make up for their failure. Awful customer service
