Jeremy and Nick tried to fix my issue how ever removing the 500 watt upgrade ad reinstaling it has seemed to remedy my issue. I thank them for their patients and suggestions and answers. they are excellent customer service technicians.

I have a 3018 YoraHome Pro CNC Router. I also purchased the 3036 upgrade at the same time but waited to install it. When I did weeks later one of the linear bearings fell apart, but I'm glad to say that they were great about getting a replacement sent to me.

Machine assembly of my 3018 pro went great!! I did have a issue with loading Easel but once I got that figured out and my thumb drive help from Mark and Jeremy, I was set to go!!!

Recent phone calls led to replacing the circuit board and the XYAnd Z control motors… but we were unable to get movement from the software. Eventually it was disclosed there is a switch on the circuit board and once it was turned on we have motion! Unfortunately, the wire was broken that brings power to the router! It is being shipped for me to replace and within a few days I hope to have a completely functional unit! Long awaited activity is within sight!

The 3036 is not bad for the money but ready to upgrade. This is a good little starter machine. I would suggest for anyone just starting out.

Thanks for your Richard Cobb. Yes, you are right; the written instructions for the Yora 6550 could be better. This is the reason why we provide a very useful video assembly too. We are currently working with customers like you to improve our 6550 manual. Stay tuned!
Happy with the purchase of my machine but my biggest complaint is the machine not coming with wire chain to control the wires as it prints. I shouldn't have to worry about that for a new machine in my opinion. A stepper motor ended up going bad within a couple days of using the machine but support team was awesome at getting me another one real quick.
