This is my 3rd order from Yoolax, bringing our total to 7 blinds, and I couldn’t be happier with them! My first 3 blinds were purchased in December 2023, and I have absolutely loved them. They have worked perfectly and have never given us any problems. They are the V Series with the remote control and solar panels that recharge the batteries, which makes them so convenient. The blinds were also very easy to install. I especially appreciate Yoolax’s customer service. They contact you before making the blinds to confirm that your measurements are correct, which gives you extra peace of mind that everything will fit properly. I highly recommend Yoolax! I have been very pleased with the quality, convenience, installation, and customer service. I’ll definitely continue purchasing from them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Agent couldnt speak english very well. Disappointed that couldn't hang roller shades on inside of a door with no bottom valence to hold it in place.

Update: I upgraded my review to 4 star since the suport (Viki) called back quickly and walked me through the process of setting the motor upper and lower limit and answered my other questions. I would have given them 5 star if the web site support has all the documentations and easy to find them on their website. ----- Yoolax window shades are good (i ordered 4 of them) BUT, it's a BIG BUT, their website support on how to install is absolutely atrocious. I tried calling them multiple times and can't get through. The motorized remote sent with the shades looks different than the online manual. The basic function works, but I can't set the high and low limits. I tried to look for manuals based on my order ID . James S

Hi James, Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear that you're happy with the quality of your Yoolax shades. We're very sorry, however, that the support experience has not met your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when the remote you received does not match the instructions available online, especially when you're trying to set the upper and lower limits. We also apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching our support team by phone. We'd like to help get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please contact us through the live chat on our website and provide your order number (#YX24760). Our team can identify the specific remote model included with your order and provide the correct programming instructions to help you set the upper and lower limits. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will also use your feedback to improve the accessibility and clarity of our product support materials. Best regards, Yoolax Team
