I am so thankful for this live interaction with the Yoga Girl community. I was nervous about speaking with a stranger. However, for some reason, when the time came, I found myself sharing far more personal information with my partner than I had anticipated. I felt an amazing connection to my partner and the community. Thank you so much for hosting this.

Really simple and really easy. Thank you so much for such a great session and putting the time to get this altogether. Just need a good connection and know how to mute and unmute, the rest is done for you. Loved it ♥️

Best thing I've done this turbulent year is joining this community. It's opened my mind and heart and helped me heal and grow, and most importantly MOVE again after so many years almost forgetting what that felt like. It's helped me understand how much I've missed practicing Yoga and just beeing in a community that is embarked on a similar spiritual journey has been such a blessing. Forever greatful for joining and will definitely continue on this platform❤️

The site does a beautiful job of being as inclusive and available as possible. There is a practice for nearly every thing from feelings in the body (aches pains etc) to emotions (happy sad tired). I am absolutely loving the live practices. I love being able to practice with Rachel. It’s a dream to retreat and attend classes at island yoga, but this will do for now! 💕
