This company sends spams to entire organisations, citing their "worrying findings" which are actually totally skewed and misleading. This causes problems as people who don't understand it think that there really is a problem. Disgraceful spammers.

We really liked this company and what it can do for our company. We got a couple of calls a day for a while and when they got our money, they ghosted us. We call every day and no one answers our calls nor wants to help fine-tune our company's information. just a 5-minute call would have been great. YEXT!! Thank you for your response, and we just want this to work for us. The link that you sent to me is the same form that i have filled out over 8 times with no responce back and even used my other company info as a new company requesting your product and service. Still no call to help.

Paid 499.00 for nothing. Nobody has contacted me about my business period. Dashboard full of self help articles. Useless ohh and BTW I got an email saying they were charging my bank account for the 499 again on June 6th 2021. Do not charge me again for this garbage service!

Horrible. They have been billing me for some SEO or something they claim to provide for a webpage I don't own--I don't own any webpage whatsoever. They do not have a phone number I can tell . I somehow managed to get through to a rep to ask for a charge by Yext to my Amex . She asked me to login to address the issue. I told her I dont have a login because I don't have an account. Because I dont have a #$% webpage. A year after the fact I have not been able to recover the money charged to my Amex.

The team at Yext really care about giving us a tool which is insightful and useful and throughout the pandemic have been great at sharing best practice, holding virtual events and special industry speakers.
